The firm brings together senior leaders who have spent their careers running HR, engineering and business functions inside global and Indian organisations, across manufacturing, IT & ITES, engineering and aviation. We take a proactive, solutions- and value-based approach to every engagement.

Our corporate office in Hyderabad is our centre of excellence and delivery centre. We also work from Bengaluru, Pune, NCR and Sharjah in the UAE.

An alumnus of Regional Engineering College (now NIT) Rourkela, Odisha and XIME Bengaluru, trained in industrial engineering at MMC Japan, with more than 36 years of experience. He is a strategic business engineering expert in automotive lean manufacturing, auto components manufacturing and engineering across multinational and Indian organisations. His expertise covers Six Sigma, lean and innovative manufacturing solutions, VA/VE, TQM, TPM, business excellence models, greenfield and brownfield vehicle OEM projects, robotics engineering, project management, EVs and aviation refueller technology.

A versatile, tech-savvy HR professional with three decades of experience across sectors, including some of India's premier organisations. He combines the breadth of an HR generalist with a strong flair for process and automation: he has led ERP implementations in large organisations as an SAP and Oracle Applications expert, and helped set up a shared service centre that handles transactions for several functions. His areas of expertise include HR strategy, operations and strong execution.
